MOVER

For Terra, movement is the basis from which all creation begins. She continues to redefine, for herself, what it is to be a moving, sensing being. Continually exploring the breadth of her body’s potential, she seeks to use movmement as a tool for connection, innovation, and healing.

we do nothing, and you watch

What is the embodiment of a reference? What shape does a memory — or a vision — take, and can it be distilled? Rooted in research of “marking” as a part of the Tanztendenz Open Studios, we do nothing, and you watch explores all that is fragmented and traced. This work is inspired by fleeting synchronicities and dissonances, wavering between shared and individual timelines. Lingering in an ephemeral, intentionally incomplete world — almost unseen, but fully felt.

Created in collaboration with Ria Girard

We, alone

We, alone begins from the reality of the world we live in, where disconnection and loneliness are increasingly familiar. Following the journies of seven characters, the piece explores solitude, isolation, choosing to be alone, and the paradox of feeling alone within a crowd, quietly asking: who we are when we are truly alone with ourselves? The universality of these themes aim to remind the audience that even our most individual moments of loneliness connect us to one another.
